Technical Sales and Service Associate

Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a Technical Sales and Service Associate to join their team. As a Technical Sales and Service Associate, you will be part of the technical support team providing essential services to customers in an automotive assembly plant environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Technical Sales and Service Associate Location: Toledo, OH What's the Job? Monitor systems and processes to ensure the effective performance of products. Collect and maintain data related to paint film measurements and vehicle audits. Utilize color and appearance instrumentation to support technical sales and service. Initiate problem-solving resolutions while effectively communicating with all levels . Provide technical support in an automotive assembly plant environment at the Paint Shop. What's Needed? 3-5 years of experience in a technical setting or automotive assembly plant environment. Good written and oral communication skills. Experience with waterborne basecoat, solventborne clearcoat, powder, and electrocoat technology is preferred. Strong computer skills and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. High school degree and related work experience; a college degree in chemistry, general science, or a related discipline is desired. What's in it for me?
