This includes gathering, analyzing, and underwriting all business and personal financial data collected for the purpose of issuing, extending, amending, reviewing, monitoring, and testing a commercial credit facility. The Portfolio Manager will liaise between all parties to ensure timely and efficient analysis that meets the expectations of the Borrowers and Lenders. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, dependable and a self-start who will provide exceptional customer service by taking ownership of the customer experience.What You'll DoReview loan documentation and assist in closing process while working with loan officers and internal processing teamServe the needs of customers seeking loan maintenance as well as new loansAssist with underwriting guidelines and loan approval process, working closely with credit analysts on timely completionExecute exemplary portfolio management by:Maintaining appropriate risk rating on all credits at all timesManaging new account funding pipelineAnalyze current relationships and identify growth opportunitiesLimit documentation and reporting tickler exceptions to a minimumMaintaining covenant tracking without missing testing datesCall on potential or existing customers and COIs to develop new business or service to increase existing portfolio and expand client relationshipsParticipate in bank events during and after-hours including COI mixers, internal bank get-togethers and events hosted on bank premisesResponsible for understanding the impact of lending on the Bank's CRA goalsQualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related fieldMinimum 3 years' commercial banking experience with a combination of credit and portfolio servicing responsibilitiesKnowledge and understanding of various loan documents, banking processing standards, best practices, and audit control proceduresExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to proactively manage and prioritize workflowProficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and lending platforms; experience with Salesforce or nCino is a plusStrong interpersonal skills with a proven ability establishing client relationships and working within a team environment BenefitsMedical Insurance • Dental • Vision • Life insurance • Accidental death and dismemberment • Short-term and long-term Disability Insurance • Parental Leave • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Traditional and Roth 401(k) with company match • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) • Employee Stock Purchase Plan at 5% discount • Critical Illness Insurance • Accident Insurance • Transportation and Commuting Benefits • Banking Benefits • Pet InsuranceCompensationThe estimated salary range for this role is $71,000-$92,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
