Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute. ResponsibilitiesResponsible for patient care coordination on designated shift in assigned department with collaboration with the supervisor or manager. Provides direct operational support for the unit on a shift basis, acts as a clinical resource person for the staff and acts as a liaison between staff and management, assisting the supervisor in determining staffing needs and identifying problems the designated unit. QualificationsJob Requirements:A minimum of an associate degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing or diploma from an accredited school of nursing programCurrent RN license or current license deemed acceptable by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing1 year experience in Med SurgMaintains current Basic Life Support (BLS) CertificationMaintains current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) CertificationPreferred Job Requirements:Bachelor's in Nursing from an accredited school of nursingPrevious supervisory experience
