Eligibility may vary by position, average hours worked, length of service, and/or location.TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Will drive company bus and van to pick up wheelchair residents from hospitals/communities for admission. Will drive company bus on weekly resident outings with Life Enrichment Schedules transportation through electronic appointment calendar. Some appointments are through state funded, others will be private pay, ensure that payments have been made to transportation providers. Will assist admissions coordinator with data entry, room checks etc. Will assist business office with various functions within the office as needed. Will assist social services with lost items closet and log. Other relevant duties as assigned. SUMMARY OF ROLE:The Driver plays an integral role in the success of our team, our community and creating a place our residents are proud to call home. The primary purpose of this position is to transport residents to and from appointments and activities in a safe manner to destinations located beyond the premises of the community and to be responsible for the general appearance of the community vehicles inside and out.
