This role is responsible for overseeing the sourcing and development of client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships. Present self in a positive way while providing strong leadership, coaching and helping employees meet expected goals. #osmcareers Responsibilities : Essential Functions· Oversee account management activities to ensure production is consistent with the overall strategy and mission. · Successfully managing staff of B2B Sales Representatives.· Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and the industry. · Develop a high-quality business strategy to ensure goals and expectations are met.· Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. · Guide the team to develop a deep understanding of industry and client needs and expectations.· Develop tactics that will deliver the most results. · Extensive knowledge of the job market and being up to date with the latest job trends to provide insight to the client. · Identify and reach key decision makers. · Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
