The Nurse Practitioner for Martha Eliot Health Center in Jamaica Plain will be responsible for:Assessing, diagnosing, treating, and referring our pediatric/adolescent patient population.Providing both urgent care and well visit care with a focus on patients age 10 years-22 years of age. This position has a focus on adolescent health care including but not limited to reproductive endocrine health conditions, family planning consultation, and general adolescent medical consultation.Collaborating with multidisciplinary members of the health care team to design and implement evidence-based care.Developing and recommending standards, policies, and procedures of patient care.Participating in hospital, departmental and multidisciplinary programs, committees, and special projects.To qualify you must have:3-5 years NP experience in pediatric primary care preferredInterest and experience working with an adolescent population preferredAbility to work a weekend rotation to the primary care clinic on the Longwood main campus.Bilingual skills a plus
