NoSQL Database Developer- Cassandra

Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a NoSQL Database Developer to join their team. As a NoSQL Database Developer, you will be part of the Database Administration team supporting critical data management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: NoSQL Database Developer (Cassandra & MongoDB) Location: Fully Remote Pay Range: $80-85/hour  What's the Job? Implement and maintain Cassandra and MongoDB configurations for high availability and disaster recovery. Optimize replication, partitioning, and sharding strategies to ensure data consistency and performance. Configure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Identity Access Management (IAM) for database security. Configure real-time monitoring tools to track database performance and availability. Implement privileged access controls for database administrators and developers. What's Needed? At least 7 years of experience working with NoSQL databases, specifically Cassandra and MongoDB. Strong scripting proficiency in languages such as Python or Bash. Experience in high-performance, resilient database environments. Deep knowledge of configuration management, security, and privileged access controls. Ability to conduct rigorous technical assessments and demonstrate proficiency in database design and performance tuning. What's in it for me?
