SUMMARY: The Enrollment Director (ED) for Independent K-12 (IK12) Schools is accountable for the recruitment, enrollment, and retention of students for their school(s) and campus(es). The ED reports to the Lead Enrollment Director (LED) for their region and drives enrollment growth on their campus(es) in collaboration with other campus stakeholders. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to attract, enroll and retain students. As a key member of the school leadership team, the ED needs a passion for education, a data-driven mindset, and exceptional relationship-building skills. The ED works in close partnership with school leadership and their Regional Director to deliver enrollment growth in alignment with our. RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive new student enrollment to meet or exceed established enrollment KPIs Partner closely with school leadership and operational leadership to drive enrollment funnel conversations and achieve enrollment targets and KPIs Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system while leveraging its features to track, analyze, inform and enhance the enrollment process Create accurate enrollment projections by analyzing data, monitoring trends, and developing insights to support strategic decision-making Partner with school leadership to develop, implement and support retention and re-enrollment activities Effectively leverage resources to ensure prompt response to and effective handling of all inquiries Manage the campus-based marketing and communications (including social media) in partnership with the Marketing and Communications team Manage enrollment events from concept to implementation Provide on-going consultation to prospective students, applicants and families Deliver effective in-person campus tours along with follow-up touchpoints that result in applications and enrollments Ensure that administrative activities are completed in accordance with prescribed SOPs and timelines. These activities include but are not limited to: the application process student assessments completion of enrollment Increase awareness of your campus(es) admissions through outreach, which includes building relationships with local companies, organizations, feeder schools, associations, communities, and currently enrolled and new families Regularly evaluate resources and demand to establish appropriate prioritization of work, allocation of support resources, and effective time management to deliver optimal results Quickly identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise in the enrollment process to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders Demonstrate professional behavior, including discretion, good judgment and integrity EXPECTATIONS: Attend to and manage all aspects of the new enrollment funnel process for the assigned campus(es) and ensure that all actions are taken in accordance with the Enrollment SOP. Enrollment funnel activities include, but are not limited to: Prospect engagement Inquiry communication and follow-up Tour scheduling & delivery Conversion to application Post-application follow-up Contract delivery and follow-up Meet or exceed established enrollment targets in collaboration with campus and school operations leadership Create and maintain a campus-based recruitment and communication plan including the management of social media ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Experience: At least 3 years in a sales or lead conversion role with KPI accountability. Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field. Proven success in high-ticket conversion activities; education sector experience is a plus. Qualifications: Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment Track record of creative problem-solving Strong lead conversion expertise Track record of effective use and stewardship of data Excellent communication skills Strategic and decisive mindset with the ability to manage priorities effectively Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to present and communicate clearly and concisely to all levels of professionals, including Senior Leadership Exhibits interpersonal skills for creating productive working relationships with various stakeholders Exhibits and fosters transparency in all interactions Demonstrated ability to manage conflict in the workplace by effectively applying conflict resolution strategies and confronting issues as they arise Remain accessible and responsive to all members of the SEG community Use technology systems to communicate with members of the SEG community effectively Physical Demands: Frequent speaking and listening (over 75%). Must be proficient in speaking, writing and reading English Regularly required to speak, hear and use clear vision with or without correction. This may include viewing small numbers. Frequent use of computer keyboard and mouse (over 50%) Ability to travel for school visits and trainings This position follows an in-person office model. The successful candidate will be expected to work on-site at one of their assigned campuses.
