Overseeing high-end countertop production with advanced machinery. Driving process improvements to maximize shop performance. Working closely with sales and installation teams for seamless project execution. What You Bring: 3-5 years of experience in countertop fabrication with a strong understanding of materials and processes. Hands-on expertise with combicut machines, Sasso K600, and Ahorse scanners. Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams in a fabrication or manufacturing setting. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. (Preferred) Experience with AutoCAD and ALPHA for design and production planning.
