IMC RN's will float to med/surg as neededMed/surg RN's may float to another med/surg unit with similar level of careFloating is based on unit need and skill as well as the needs of nursing unitsNumber of Beds:  43Patient Ratios: Day Shift Med/Surg 1:4-5, Night Shift Med/surg 1:5-6, Day and Night IMC 3:1Equipment: Specific to our IMC patients: Ventilators, BiPaP, CPAP.
