Position Summary  We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor with expertise in supply chain management to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to ensuring the seamless flow of inventory, overseeing everything from receiving and storage to distribution, while maintaining top-tier quality standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, this is the opportunity for you!  How You'll Make a Difference: Supervise the receiving, storage, and distribution of food, beverages, and equipment within a supply chain model. Inspect inventory for quality, manage SAP system records, and reconcile physical counts. Order supplies and maintain optimal inventory levels based on airline specifications and menus. Lead and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with safety standards and collaborate across teams to enhance supply chain processes. Manage month-end inventory, reporting, and action plans for variances. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent experience preferred. 1-3 years of experience in materials management, purchasing, or inventory and warehouse management. Proven supervisory experience with a track record of improving processes and leading change. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and supply chain management principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP MM is a plus.
