Who You Are: You are eager to provide top tier customer service support in a manufacturing environment. Customer service experience within the industrial related, glass and aluminum, or building materials industry preferred. Must have excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, conflict management, and time management skills. What You Will Be Doing: Receives telephone and fax request for price quotations, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations directly from customers. Answers customer's technical questions regarding products and services. Achieves and maintains rapport with customers and works to give them the best possible service. Data Entry - Take and enter customer request in a timely and efficient manner Maintains appropriate working relationships with internal and external"¯customers Perform other related duties and provide back-up support to other group members as assigned by management. Handles complex customer projects and issues. Manages daily customer back orders. Skills You Bring: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experienced user of Microsoft Office 365 suite. Listening skills and data collection with attention to detail are essential. Ability to calculate discounts, fractions, percentages, area circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Must be able to multi-task, be organized, efficient, and accurate. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
