Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws specific to the healthcare industry. Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts in alignment with company policies. Manage onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and performance management to support employee engagement and retention. Assist with payroll processing, FMLA, and leave administration ensuring accuracy and compliance. Facilitate HR training and development programs, including leadership training for facility managers. Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making. Partner with facility leadership to address staffing challenges and ensure a positive work environment. Stay up to date with long-term care regulations to ensure HR policies align with industry standards. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of HR experience in the long-term care, skilled nursing, or healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance regulations, and best practices specific to healthcare. Experience working in a multi-site or corporate HR role is preferred. Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to multi-task and manage HR operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. A commitment to employee engagement and creating a positive workplace culture.
