Overview: Become a Paralegal with Agape Care GroupWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to support the enterprise. This role will involve a combination of administrative, legal, and business tasks, including managing insurance documentation, reviewing and assisting with contracts (leases), handling escrow matters, and supporting legal initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare operations, legal procedures, and financial matters. Qualifications: A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible careEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Paralegal Studies, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Paralegal certification (preferred).Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years Paralegal experience, Experience working in a healthcare organization or healthcare-related legal department preferred. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance (e.g., HIPAA), and insurance policies. Strong understanding of contracts, leases, and escrow agreements, particularly in a healthcare context. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other legal or document management software. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Ability to collaborate effectively with both legal and accounting teams.Required: Reliable transportation.
