Job Requirements: · Possess/achieve in depth knowledge of real estate documents and all aspects of the title business. Preferable familiar with timeshare industry. · Prepares deeds and other necessary paperwork to ensure contract is properly capturing all requested information in the transaction. · Deposit initial amount collected in the escrow account and maintaining records of all transactions. · Responsible to verify accuracy of documents, including price, proceeds to seller, commission to Real Estate Agent, and title agency fee. · Resolves title defects and records any satisfactions needed to existing liens against property or principals. · Completes closing steps by recording, filing documents, preparing, and distributing final closing statements. · Audits pertinent information to ensure files follow underwriting guidelines, title, and financials requirements. · Proficiently manage high transaction volume and deliver tasks within strict deadlines in a fast paced, high-pressure environment. · Provide exceptional customer service journey throughout Title process to all stakeholders. · Provide high production totals while maintaining a low error percent margin. · Must be a committed and dependable team player. · Responsible for coordination in corrections, adjustments, and modifications to contract documentation and payments, as necessary. · Assists with processing cancellations on a monthly or on an as needed basis. · Collaborates with review, audit, and mail out of title policies for all resales and developer sales as needed. · Completes all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned. · Conduct any reasonable request by management of which the employee can perform. Job Qualifications: · Must possess excellent organizational skills · Must have good written, verbal & communication skills · Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure · Enthusiastic team player attitude · Must have MS Excel experience with creating and maintaining spreadsheets · Title experience or ESCROW experience Preferred Qualifications: · Previous timeshare experience a plus · Knowledge of the documents required for a timeshare closing · Excel experience a plus · Streamline and Simplifile experience a plus HGV was awarded four out of five stars for fostering a culture of work-life balance and family-friendly benefits, and is one of Newsweek's "America's Greatest Workplaces for Parents & Families."
