Provides support for budgeting, planning, forecasting and analysis through data management and production of funding scenarios. Support the creation reserve funding scenarios that align with established strategy for timing of asset replacements, suite renovation cycles, and reasonable year-over-year fee increases, while maintaining fund balances that stay above established thresholds. Assist in preparing scenario options to stakeholders including Director, Association Reserve Planning, AMS team, GMs and AVPs. Updates reserve budgets as needed, upon approval of new projects, changes in costs, or shifts in timing of projects. Upholds our fiduciary duty to our owners by working closely with each General Manager and their respective HOA team. Support draft preparations of reserve budgets for all areas in support, track monthly expenditure modifications and monitor financial aspects of the HOA and developer entities. Support preparation of ad hoc analysis and reporting for business operations team, AMS team, and resort operations teams. Develops timely reporting schedules to support management and the business strategy. Utilizes new reporting systems to provide more accurate and timely tracking methods for reporting data. Performs special projects as assigned by management. Supports the transfer of data between software programs to analyze and make recommendations to stakeholders that align with strategy. Interacts with all departments and senior management to compile and maintain the integrity of the data. Communicates policy changes and updates to related departments. Reviews and assist in preparing contracts and orders to ensure completeness and accuracy, reflecting the latest requirements, terms and conditions and in compliance with company-supplier agreements, and with all governing regulations. Tracks contract renewal dates and reports information to General Managers and appropriate leadership.
