Color Science Technician II

The Lab Tech performs basic technical tests on products and samples. Primary responsibility will be preparing, filling, and shipping color panel requests.  Other responsibilities may include preparing and analyzing materials and samples, performing basic calculations, and cleaning and maintaining the lab.   Job duties include contact with other employees and access to confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Preferred:• Knowledge of basic paint concepts and property calculations.• Knowledge of basic color theory and instrumentation. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:5%
