ATGPAC's Battlelab Support team is seeking an Ballistic Missile Defense Officer to support this vital program with positions available in San Diego, CA.The Battlelab team shall provide technical, tactical, and administrative support to provide FBP, FST-U, STW and BMD distributed training to ships and provide feedback to ATGSD, ATGPNW, and ATGMP.Duties include:Shall construct and disseminate the ATG FBP/FST-U/STW/BMD Battle Lab plan, communications plan, and simulation control methodology plan to ATGSD, ATGPNW, and ATGMP, as applicable, and to participating ships. The contractor shall brief plan(s) to ATGSD and participating ships prior to each event to ensure all participants are aware of the FBP and FST-U, BMD battle scenario.Required Qualifications:Must have a minimum 8 years of AD/BMD Mission Area experience as a qualified Tactical Action Officer or BMD Watch Officer or CSC (for a minimum of three years)As part of this experience, a minimum of 5 years must have been served onboard an AEGIS DDG and or CG.Naval Warfare Specialist. Warfare experience in implementation of Task Group Concept as an Air Defense Warfare Commander (AMDC/W) or as a senior staff member for a Task Group/Force Commander, or as a Senior Facilitator with equivalent experience training warfarecommanders or senior staff members.Must have 5 years scenario development/training/operation experience with Joint Semi Automated Forces (JSAF); Multi-System Automated Remote-Control Interface (MARCI).Must have 5 years' experience with Tactical Data Information Link generation systems supporting LOS Link 11(A) /16(J), Satellite-J, Link 16, Global Command and Control System-Maritime (GCCS-M); Tactical Voice/Data Communications.Must have experience in naval warfare operations or conducting training for naval warfare or equivalent joint experience.Knowledge of: Composite Warfare Commander constructSurface Force Training and Readiness Manual (SFTRM) Command and Controlsurveillance, engagement and planning functions required for each number fleet staffFleet Synthetic Training architectureBallistic Missile Defense Planning and Operations (BMD Officer/CSC preferred)TOP SECRET/SCI clearanceWHAT CAN GDIT OFFER YOU?Excellent customizable health benefits (Medical, Dental and Vision)401K with company matchEducational Assistance and eLearningFlexible work weekInternal mobility team dedicated to employee advancementRewards and Recognition programsInnovative and collaborative environment encouraging of highly motivated critical thinkingThe likely salary range for this position is $119,862 - $162,166. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
