Our client, a leader ia Medical Device Company, is seeking a Document Processor to join their team. As a Document Processor, you will be part of the engineering department supporting various project initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Document Processor (3-Months Contract) Location: Wayne, NJ Pay Range: $34 What's the Job? Create new part numbers, documents, and change notices within the document control QMS system. Update documents based on engineer input and release them within the document control QMS system. Coordinate, update, and manage the closure of all engineering SOP periodic reviews. Perform migration validation for documents transitioning from legacy QMS to current QMS. Assist in test execution of protocols where appropriate and support engineering with administrative functions such as purchase requisitions and vendor additions. What's Needed? Proficient with Word and Excel. Ability to work in an organized and neat manner. Methodical approach with attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Strong oral and written communication and listening skills. A collaborative mindset to work effectively in a team environment. What's in it for me?
