Due to the continued rapid growth of our Electronic Security group, we are currently seeking a Systems Adminstrator to assist with day-to-day operations of our Centralized Services team.System Administrator's satisfy customer requirements through the coordination of National Projects across all time zones. Administrators will support numerous initiatives throughout the Centralized Services business.Essential Functions:Build out and maintain network video recorder servers (NVR)Responsible for frontline support to field Technicians installing and servicing video surveillance systemsManage the system health of multiple video surveillance platformsQuality control Checks "Test and Turn ups" for all new video installationsTroubleshoot/service hardware and network issues.Perform monthly and other regularly scheduled maintenance for Windows updates and firmware releasesUse of remote desktop and other support software to connect with remote video hardwareApplication support for multiple security software (Cross-Trained)Certification for both Avigilon and Axis video systemsCreation of written procedures for the installation and service of video systemsJob Requirements:Highly motivatedProblem solving methodology and proven analytical abilityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong technical skills and understanding of software, networking and systems developmentMulti-tasking capability; must be able to coordinate more than one project and various tasksAbility to act in an autonomous role with little supervisionMust be detail oriented and organizedThis position requires advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook and MS Project (preferred, but not required), and an understanding of Securitas technology and operations.Securitas Technology offers comprehensive benefits including:Company trainingMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceCompany Paid Short Term and Long-Term Disability401K with 60% Match up to 6% of salaryPaid vacation, holiday and sick timeEducational AssistanceExceptional growth opportunitiesWide variety of employee discounts on travel, equipment, and more! We are a nationwide provider of security solutions and an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse workforce.
