Boat Claims and Towing Representative - Jacksonville, FL/Springfield, VAThe Boat Claims and Towing team is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Boat Claims and Towing Representative. We are looking for an individual who can handle heavy call volume in a fast-paced work environment. Job responsibilities include dispatching towing services, selling and servicing BoatU.S. memberships and settling first party, non-injury claims.Qualifications & Skills:In office position - must be willing to commute to a GEICO office in Jacksonville, FL or Springfield, VA Prior call center or customer facing experience preferredStrong computer proficiency and typing ability - experience with Microsoft Office, e-mail, Web-enabled applications, and database softwareOutstanding customer service and professional communication skills, both over the phone and writtenAbility to multi-task and prioritize work successfully in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environmentMinimum of high school diploma or equivalent#geico300 At this time, GEICO will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
