What We're Looking For: ✅ Experience: Commercial electrical & plumbing expertise, equipment troubleshooting, and repair. ✅ Certifications: OSHA 30-Hour required; Legionella Water Safety & Management certification preferred. ✅ Technical Skills: Familiarity with Building Management Systems is a plus. ✅ Key Strengths: Strong problem-solving, assessment, and observational skills. Your Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Support and guide Community Directors of Maintenance (DOMs). 🔹 Ensure Life Safety compliance, keeping residents, patients, and team members safe. 🔹 Oversee facility conditions to meet all regulatory standards. 🔹 Train and mentor maintenance teams for optimal performance. 🔹 Optimize use of TELS for reporting, work orders, and compliance tracking. 🔹 Partner with contractors to ensure quality projects and repairs. 🔹 Conduct annual audits on safety, building conditions, and staff development. 🔹 Serve as a Life Safety expert for our regional teams.
