Pay: Pay Frequency Weekly $85,000/yr USD - $100,000/yr USD : The pay listed is the salary range for this position. The Senior HVAC Service / Project Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Commercial HVAC systems. This role involves leading a team of technicians, managing projects, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients in the Austin and San Antonio markets! Key Responsibilities: Candidate will service clients in the Austin and San Antonio markets Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration units. Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and resolve issues with HVAC systems efficiently. Project Management: Oversee HVAC projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance and support. Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing their concerns and providing excellent service. Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service and installation activities. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of commercial experience in HVAC service and project management. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC systems preferred. Certifications: Relevant HVAC certifications (e.g., EPA certification) are highly desirable. Skills: Strong troubleshooting, project management, and leadership skills. Proficiency in reading blueprints and using HVAC software. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks. Technical Skills: System Installation and Repair: Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems. Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and fix issues efficiently. Electrical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical systems and components. Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams Knowledge of Codes and Regulations: Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations HVAC Software: Competence in using HVAC-specific software and tools Soft Skills: Effective Communication: Clear communication with clients and team members Customer Service: Providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to address and resolve issues. Attention to Detail: Ensuring precision in all tasks to avoid errors. Teamwork: Ability to work well with others and lead a team when necessary. Additional Skills: Project Management: Managing projects from start to finish, including budgeting and scheduling. Safety Awareness: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Continuous Learning: Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry advancements and technologies Additional Requirements: Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
