In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC grinding equipment, ensuring the production of precision carbide tools that meet rigorous quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Operate and maintain CNC grinding machines to produce precision carbide cutting tools.Set up machines, monitor production, and adjust parameters to maintain optimal performance.Perform quality control checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure adherence to specifications.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.Maintain accurate production and quality records.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deliver exceptional results.Qualifications:Proven experience in operating and programming CNC grinding machines.Strong knowledge of tool grinding principles, techniques, and equipment.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments for quality control.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Previous manufacturing experience preferred.High school diploma or equivalent.Location:Springvale, ME.
