Our client is seeking a Grinder/Polisher to join their team. In this role, you will be part of the production department supporting a skilled team dedicated to precision and quality. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Grinder - 1st or 2nd Shift Location: Rice Lake, WI Pay Range: $17 - $20/hr What's the Job? Cleans, deburrs, polishes, or grinds items of metal using hand tools or powered equipment. Deburrs parts with file, wire brush, or buffing cloth. Uses portable grinder, sander, buffer, or deburring tool to polish parts. Mounts parts on spindle fixture or chuck and operates tools to finish surfaces. Cleans interior surfaces using hand tools or sand blaster. What's Needed? Ability to operate hand tools and powered equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks as assigned by supervisor. Strong work history in an industrial setting What's in it for me?
