Job Description:JOB SUMMARYThe Media Marketing manager will play a critical role on the Acquisition team. This individual will be responsible for Media project management across 3 agencies to ensure delivery of cross-channel plans, the end-to-end customer experience and delivering on key strategic partnerships for H&R Block.JOB DUTIESAct as central point of contact for Media project management across 3 agencies to ensure plans are coordinatedLead partnership with multiple internal teams to ensure E2E customer journeys maximize the experience drive greater business performance (returns)Manage accurate and timely processing of invoices across over 50+ media partnersProject management support for forecasting and reporting processes coordinating across Marketing, Analytics and Finance to ensure the process runs smoothly to deliver on our goals Lead and execute on strategic partnership plans and strategy as we plan for TS26 coordinating across the marketing organization and line of business colleagueJOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experienceAt least 4+ years in a project management role or agency client relationship roleProven organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to established timeframesAbility to balance short and long-term prioritiesExperience managing agency and vendorsOutstanding communication skills across all levels of the organizationDemonstrated analytical skillsBudget management experience Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointPREFERRED REQUIREMENTSExperience with Fintech and Financial Services Marketing strategiesExperience in performance marketing with specific experience in forecasting and reporting at a channel levelProven track record of leading external partner relationshipsAbout H&R Block...H&R Block's purpose is simple: To provide help and inspire confidence in our clients and communities everywhere.
