Our client, a leader in the plastics industry, is seeking a Press Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous industrial experience, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully with the organization. Job Title: 1st Shift - Press Operator Location: Siren, WI Pay Range: $15.25/hr What's the Job? Operate plastic injection molding machines following standard operating procedures. Perform visual inspections on plastic components and package finished products. Assemble products in accordance with customer guidelines and company standards. Maintain and complete required paperwork accurately. Promote a safe and clean working environment while adhering to quality standards. What's Needed? High School Diploma or equivalent. 0-2 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment; plastic injection molding experience preferred. Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and basic math skills. Must work with a sense of urgency and accuracy. Willingness to learn and be open to feedback for continuous improvement.
