We provide insight and inspiration to help our clients, our people and society to create and flourish in an extraordinary world.Primary Objective: build an understanding of our creative capabilities, solutions, and analytic methods; support creation of high quality deliverables, efficient project managementScope of Role Day-to-Day Job responsibilities will include supporting medium-to-low complexity accounts/projects with manager support and observing high complexity accounts/projects for future growth opportunities. Tasks will include:Supporting timeline management and communications with operations teamsSupporting project setup (survey programming) for medium-to-low complexity accounts and projects. This includes learning to program in the Kantar Automation Platform, checking survey links, working with operation teams to launch surveys, and monitoring fieldwork progressSupporting questionnaire development, design of sample plans, and crafting of analytic plans for reportsSupporting data analysis efforts and report drafts (often first drafts) for medium-to-low complexity projects. Examples of this support include reading verbatim feedback and providing summaries of the themes and proactively reviewing dashboards in order to contribute to analytic planning conversations, The expectation that will be that you work towards owning low-complexity drafts within your first 18 monthsLearning how to use the tools available throughout the creative development project process such as dashboards. The expectation is that you will be able to walk a client through an external-facing tool like the Kantar Marketplace Dashboard within your first 12 monthsAttend client-facing meetings for learning and observation. Actively participate by taking notes on follow ups and having reference material handy to help the presenter.Training will be provided during your first 90 days. Actively participating in training and providing feedback on how to optimize the training program are expectations.Demonstrate a clear understanding of the research process at a high level within your first 6 monthsDesired SkillsActively seeks opportunities to support proposal development, materials provided by senior team membersProactively identify issues and actively participate in their resolution (including observing and reaching out to the relevant teams)Supports communication with KMP PMs on medium-low complexity projects, observes communications with Operations (DP, DD, Coding) on higher-complexity projectsServe as a go-to for new team members who have questionsTake ownership on building your own skills through training, asking questions, and supporting team membersOptimizes efficiency of delivery without sacrifice of qualityChallenges the status quo, looks for opportunities to improve, automate, streamline processesManages quality of work and works with internal departments and clients to achieve successful outcomes following solution and industry best practicesPerform in-depth quality checks at various stages of the research to ensure accuracySeeks to create an inclusive and positive environment and cultureAttends ERG/social community meetings/activitiesEssential Knowledge & Experience1+ years of professional experience or strong internships / MMR programs; market research experience preferred with exposure to quantitative methodologiesStrong process and time management skills; capable of prioritizing and delivering against multiple/competing deadlines; prior project management experience preferredStrong detail-orientation with ability to manage multiple work streams and among multiple teamsClear and effective communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, creative problem solving, and logical reasoning are a mustProficient computer skills in Microsoft office tools and ability to master other needed business tools (e.g., data management / cross tab and other proprietary tools)Natural curiosity, a can-do attitude, driven and ability to take initiative.
