Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Tech - 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Maintenance Tech - 2nd Shift Location: Milford, IA Pay Range: $24 per hour What's the Job? Perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. Handle facility maintenance issues efficiently and effectively. Disassemble and assemble equipment as required. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including machine-specific lockout/tagout procedures. Assist with other maintenance-related duties as assigned. What's Needed? Associates or university degree; or two to five years of related experience and/or training. Must have experience with operation of a pallet jack and/or forklift. Strong math skills and analytical abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
