Inventory Specialist

In addition to competitive salary and benefits, the position includes stock options in one of the most promising startups in the country.  Maybell Quantum is seeking a motivated individual to join our Manufacturing Operations team. Our ideal team member is a hands-on individual who has experience working with a robust inventory system and is excited about being part of a fast-paced and collaborative startup. They are self-motivated with strong communication skills and can work well in teams and individually.  Responsibilities  Maintain a database of all inventory items by checking incoming inventory into stock and perform routine inventory counts   Allocate consumed inventory to ensure accurate counts of stock items.  Perform basic quality checks on incoming inventory.   Monitor production inventory to ensure that the production team has adequate materials for upcoming builds.   Create inventory kits for common production sub-assemblies.  Identify dead stock on the production floor and work with engineering team to eliminate excess.     Required Qualifications  High school diploma, GED or equivalent  2-3 years of experience with inventory management  Positive and collaborative attitude   Exception organization and communication skills  High level of attention to detail  Proficiency in Microsoft office   Self-starter with ability to drive results independently  Desired Qualifications  Experience in a hardware manufacturing environment  Experience with quality checks on incoming goods  Experience with inventory management software or ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Cin7, ETC...  Base Salary $20-30/hour
