About the Client Service Representative Role   We are looking for a Client Service Representative to join our growing team! As the first point of contact for clients and patients, you will ensure a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience. This role will be at our Front Desk as well as our Cancer Center.  Schedule & Compensation            Schedule:  Thursday/Friday/Saturday 7p-7a             Compensation: Starts at $22.50 *inclusive of shift differential   What You'll Do Provide a warm and kind first impression to clients and pets. Communicate professionally with clients and team members, both verbally and in writing. Update patient records and maintaining accurate client information. Assist with patient admits and discharges, as well as processing payments. Support the cleanliness and organization of the hospital. Requirements Experience in customer service, pet store, grooming, kennel work, animal industry preferred.  Computer knowledge- keyboarding and use of office communication systems (office suite). Working knowledge of veterinary terminology highly preferred. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.
