Data Entry Team LeadOnsiteMust live in or near Lexington, Kentucky.Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour & Great Benefits Work Schedule: Monday-Friday. 10:30am-7:00pm Training will be paid.   Join our Quality Team Lead  We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Team Lead to oversee our data entry team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth operations. In this role, you'll manage workflows, provide guidance to team members, and maintain high-quality data standards. You'll put your skills to work by supporting our client through document review and review operator errors, as determined by the quality team, for accuracy. Job Details Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership abilities and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to learn new programs and processes and train others to do the same. Ability to communicate well with team members and new hires as well as the leadership team. Requirements for the role Basic computer skills Basic arithmetic skills High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to pass a criminal background check  Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
