We can't wait to meet you! We are currently looking for a Modality Director for X-Ray, MRI, CT and DEXA to support our team in our East and Central Regions. As a Modality Director, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of technologists across your assigned zone. You'll be responsible for all aspects of team management, from performance management, training, to ensuring top-quality patient care. Position to be based out of: Greater Orlando, Tampa, or Houston, TX areas (25-40% travel required) What you'll do: Ensure Quality: Oversee clinical operations, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, ACR guidelines, and best practices. Collaborate with physicians on protocols and quality assurance.Optimize Performance: Manage technologist utilization, schedules, and payroll to meet volume expectations and budgetary goals. Address performance issues and conduct reviews.Lead & Develop: Recruit, onboard, mentor, and evaluate a team of imaging technologists and clinical leaders (Regional Clinical Managers and Team Leads). Foster a positive and productive work environment.Drive Growth: Partner with internal recruiting and schools to build relationships and attract top talent. Support new hire onboarding and training.Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with operations directors, site managers, and radiologists. Conduct regular team meetings and contribute to site meetings.Hands-on Expertise: Maintain competency in relevant imaging modalities and stay current with industry advancements. Oversee ACR accreditation processes and training programs (including I-STAT). Qualifications: 3+ years of supervisory experience or 5+ years of progressive relevant experience with demonstrated success and leadership skills.Ability to travel (25-40%). Requires a valid ARRT license registered in X-ray, CT and MRI preferred. Valid CRT licensure for states in corresponding zonesA valid "Hands On" CPR and active radiologic technologist license in assigned state(s).Comprehensive knowledge of multiple imaging equipment, imaging procedures, and technology.
