JOB TITLE: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a member of the Divine Steps Therapy management team and is responsible for clinical oversight of behavioral services for individuals with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities and Duties Administers, conducts, evaluates and supervises the implementation of the treatment plan. Develops individualized goals and objectives for in-home programs and designs treatment plans based on functional assessment data. Ongoing program oversight and weekly on-site/remote supervision of RBTs. Completes all necessary documentation. Provide quality parent training on a monthly basis Ensure billing, notes, and reports are conducted in a timely manner Qualifications and Skills BCBA Certification and Licensed by the Board of Medicine in the State of MD, or willing to procure license prior to employment Demonstrate a thorough understanding of DTT, NET, and other ABA strategies. Reliable transportation Ability to work as part of a team Ability/experience providing supervision to RBTs Positive and supportive attitude Must pass a background check Benefits: Free monthly CEUs as well as CEU and conference reimbursement. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co- workers, supervisors, and community members Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Commitment to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA laws Commitment to ongoing training and development as it relates to clinical skills, professional development, ethics, and technology, and training in order to perform job responsibilities to the required standard REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BCBA Certification Master's or Doctorate degree in education, psychology, or behavior analysis Experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland, FBA Knowledge and experience with DTT, NATS/NET, VB, Parent Training, Goal Setting, Program Monitoring, Data Analysis, Treatment Writing, Session Notes Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary with Bonus structure or Hourly Rate Take On As Many Cases As You Want Access to CEU opportunities Remote/hybrid supervision/parent training capabilities Health insurance for qualifying employees Full Time is 26 Hours weekly.
