This position will work directly with warehouse operators in collaborating and improving the Robots as a Super User. This position will troubleshoot system errors and SKU errors; communication and report out with Robot Analyst. Active participation in housekeeping and cleanup activities within and surrounding robot work. Additional Information: 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm 5% Travel This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans. Assist with and maintain all related Robot PM's, repairs, and predictive maintenance tasks. Aid with any involved incidents and ARC investigations to ensure documentation is in the centralized database. Reduce robot downtime event frequency and duration based upon Site Robotics Manager's established KPI goals. Support Site Robotics Manager in development of maintenance RX program including PMs for robotics equipment. Be fully responsible for complete HKE tasks with co-operators throughout the shift. Clean as you go methodology. Assist with developing robot SOPs for operations and troubleshooting of robots to deter downtime. Assist Site Robotics Manager with optimizing robot configuration to improve input | throughput | output utilization. Preventative maintenance on mobile printers and packing list printers to ensure proficient workflow. Train and develop other site resources as backup to meet business demands | goals. Maintain radio contact and cross communicate with operations across all shifts - as scheduled, to provide pertinent information concerning current robot(s) performance | issues to the following shift. Attend basic mechanic and systems robotics training, with vendors or sister sites. Perform weekly inventory audits of AWCS | Robot's equipment. Test and troubleshoot Robotics | AWCS equipment and assist Site Robotics Manager in optimizing equipment uptime and proficiencies. Ensure all task pertaining to Robotics Area(s) are proficiently met Picking | Loading any Bulk from Dock orders. Transporting pallets to staging lanes | the dock | and / or alternate conveyor as deemed necessary. Maintaining Inventory Accuracy inside robot gantries and throughout the DSC. Maintain upkeep of equipment and report equipment infractions immediately. Spill Cleanup if necessary. Ensure daily | weekly | yearly KPI's are met | exceeded. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future Must have at least 6 months experience running the current Robots. Must have two (2) years of work experience in a manufacturing and/or distribution facility or in an operations environment Preferred Qualifications: Have at least one (1) year of work experience in maintenance Have at least one (1) year of work experience using material handling equipment (for example: forklifts (stand and sit), pallet jacks, hand trucks, order pickers, vacu-hoists, drum dollies, conveyor belts, etc.) #SW
