We believe that we can truly make a difference in the lives of our customers, utilizing our expertise to educate them about the plant and provide them with the right products to enhance their health and wellbeing.About the Role:Fine Fettle is seeking an Inventory Technician to assist in the dispensary's back-of-house operations, which take place in our "vault" where we receive, record, and store all cannabis inventory. Vault operations will consist of intake and receipt of deliveries, order fulfillment, and the organized and compliant management of inventory from intake to delivery on the sales floor. The Inventory Technician will need to operate with agility and responsiveness to customer needs, facilitating the continuous fulfillment of online pre-orders and managing the flow of product from the vault to the sales floor in the event of add-on orders at the register by customers.The ideal person for this role has experience as an inventory manager or operator. Success in this role will require you to have excellent organizational skills, attentiveness to detail, focus, and strong spatial awareness abilities. Furthermore, you will need to develop an understanding and ability to use inventory management software in the vault. Particular knowledge of cannabis inventory management is preferred but not required.What You'll Do:Coordinate with Leads and Management to manage flow of product in response to customer and operational needsOrganize the vault to ensure data accuracy, operational efficiency and complianceAssess inventory levels and accuracy of product on a daily basisFulfill orders in the vaultOperate inventory management software to ensure that data and information ports correctly to online menusInput data into POS systemSkills/Qualifications:High school diploma, 18 years of ageFlexibility regarding work scheduleMust be willing to work evenings and weekends including opening and closing shifts when scheduledMust be willing to submit to and pass a comprehensive background checkBackground in inventory management or related fieldBachelor's degree in business administration, logistics or related field is preferred but not requiredCritical Competencies:Detail OrientedStrong organizational skillsSpatial reasoningVerbal communication skillsAbility to conduct daily tasks with speed and accuracyAbility to track inventory and create inventory reportsReliable and trustworthyStrong record-keeping and analytical abilitiesTransparency in work and candor in communicationThrives in fast-paced environmentsStrong data analysis skillsAbility to give and receive feedbackWorking Conditions:Normal office/retail environmentMay be exposed to extreme temperaturesMust be able to sit/stand for long periods of timeMust be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistanceFrequent bending and moving from sitting to standing and reverseAmericans With Disabilities Statement:Must be able to perform all essential functions of this position with reasonable accommodation.
