Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking an Instructional Designer, Staff (Level 4) to support our HR Learning and Development team! Your Role with Leidos QTC Health Services: You will be working all lines of business to understand their training needs. You will be collaborating with your team and Project Managers to design and develop training content which includes scripts, eLearning modules, storyboards, computer-generated visuals, handouts, slides, and simulations to enhance the training and reinforce learning. Job Summary: Designs and develops training content based on ADDIE model, which includes scripts, eLearning modules, storyboards, computer-generated visuals, handouts, slides, and simulations to enhance the training and reinforce learning. Also responsible for facilitating needs analysis, job/task analysis, and front-end analysis with business partners and stakeholders to define training strategies or non-training needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Evaluate the effectiveness of existing training programs and curricula and propose recommend enhancements. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and other team members in all phases of the design and development cycle. Measure and track the ROI of the project (link training events and outcome to business needs and strategic goals). Manage projects by providing instructional design and training implementation strategies for project team, business partners, and stakeholders. Serve as the subject matter expert in several lines of business. Competencies: Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Ability to organize, plan and coordinate multiple tasks with a high sense of urgency and follow-through Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds Proficient with computer and presentation software programs Excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be willing to travel up to 5-10% Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses) Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education 7 years of professional experience in designing and developing content (5 years of professional experience, with a Masters degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, may be accepted in lieu) Experience as a successful Learning and Development operational team member Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation Preferred Experience With: Adobe Premier Pro In Design Articulate Microsoft Office Suite Strong knowledge of medical terminology Location: Role is remote but must be able to support all lines of business in various regions including: Philadelphia, San Antonio, Nashville, and San Dimas Pay and Benefits: Pay Range: $85,000 - $105,000 + 8% Quarterly Bonus Incentive The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
