Structural Steel Project Manager

Position OverviewThe Structural Steel Project Manager oversees and coordinates all aspects of structural steel construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of engineering and construction practices related to structural steel.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all phases of structural steel projects from initiation to completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.Manage project budgets, including cost control and forecasting, to maintain financial health of projects.Oversee document control processes to ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.Prepare and review change orders and scope of work documentation as needed.Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards throughout the project.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.Qualifications3+ years experience as a Project Manager in structural steel construction.Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Strong knowledge of the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) standards and practices.Proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project and Excel.Experience with document control and cost control methods.Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices in construction.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.BenefitsSalary $90,000 - $120,000 (Based on Experience) Company Vehicle or Stipend Medical/Dental/Vision401K with MatchPTO/Vacation Bonus ProgramEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
