Key Responsibilities:Represent employers in a variety of employment-related litigation matters.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.Engage in discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.Provide counsel and advice to clients on employment law matters.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment defense litigation.Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail.Active membership in the California State Bar.Ability to commute to Irvine, CA for in-office work as required.
