Your team will provide a full range of services including preventative maintenance actions, equipment repairs, and maintain the appearance of all equipment and building grounds.What you will do in this position:Prioritize the daily workload to effectively address issues involving the facility and building grounds including structural components, electrical systems, plumbing, roofing, painting, carpentry, outside grounds maintenance, custodial, etc.Responsible for the leadership, development, training, and daily supervision of facility and industrial maintenance specialist(s), custodian(s)High Knowledge and compliance with occupational safety and health (OSHA) standards and all rules, regulations, and orders issuedLead a team that repairs miscellaneous distribution center equipment; including forklifts, battery maintenance, power jacks, hand jacks, corporate vehicles, etc. and keep a detailed history log on each piece of equipment repaired.Ensure ongoing preventative maintenance for all systems operational in the DC; including HVAC systems, electrical units, lighting, roofing system, generators, parking lots, fans, restrooms and other plumbing systems, etc.Lead and mentor team membersRequired Qualifications:Must certified in at least one of the high knowledge levels listed below, preferably two certifications:High knowledge of industrial conveyor systems, mechanically, electrically, and system control.High knowledge of battery powered industrial lift equipmentHigh level knowledge of industrial electrical wiringKnowledge of and experience with industrial equipment and building maintenanceThrive in a busy, fast-paced environmentAbility to plan, organize, and manage projectsThrive in a busy, fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communicationQualifications we would like to see:1 or more years of supervisory experience**Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a drug test and/or MVR check, as applicable for the role.O'Reilly Auto Parts has a proven track record of growth and stability.
