LOCATION: SCOTTSBLUFF, NE CLIENT: Bluffs Physical Therapy SETTING: OP Ortho and Neuro START DATE: Beg Jan GUARANTEE: 40 hours ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 13 weeks minimum--would like 4 months REQUESTED EXPERIENCE: Will take a new grad w/clinical in OP and who is interested in learning - NEW GRAD FRIENDLY FACILITY.  STAFF: PTs and 2 PTAs EMR:  WebPT CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING: Avg patients/day: 12-14 (in a 10 hour day) Avg New evals/Day: 1-3 1 hour appointments for both evals and treatments High school, adults and geriatrics (no small peds) They see everything from head to toe - general ortho and neuro population SCHEDULE: Would like the PT to work the same schedule as the PT going on mat leave: 4/10s with Tues off, 7a-6p, 1 hour lunch but open to Mon-Fri ADDITIONAL INFO: Very friendly team. Owner, Mike, is VERY nice!  Wants a PT who will fit in well with the team - nice, gets along with coworkers, collaborative, etc. Furnished housing available! Current rate is $1100/month but client is open to paying half of that (they would turn in the receipt and he will cut them a check for half).
