Electrical Project Manager - Commercial/Industrial

Our firm, since 1993 has grown to over 300+ employees and through our integerous work, we have built a reputable name for ourselves and are highly sought after for large, high-profile projects.We are looking for a Electrical Project Manager that has strong experience with planning, scheduling, cost management, estimating, and supervise the electrical scope of projects from start to finish within commercial, institutional, industrial, and data center markets.What You Will Be Doing Plan and organize a project Prepare project estimates, scope, and present proposals to clients Interact with vendors to secure best project pricing Train and effectively supervise Project Engineers in the company philosophy and systems Negotiate and supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project Monitor construction activities in conjunction with the onsite Foreman and General Superintendent to ensure project is being built on schedule, and within budgets Supervise the preparation of any and all change quotations for presentation to the prime client.
