ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cyber Security Engineer with strong operational and systems administration background to join our team in the Chantilly, VA.The Cyber Security Engineer will support the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities of an Identity and Access Management (IdAM) engineering and operations team. The Cyber Engineer will support the day-to-day operations and break-fix activities associated with an existing IdAM COTS and customized LINUX OS solutions, as well as system scanning, troubleshooting, remediation and recovery. The candidate will work with other break-fix System Administrators and will assist with maintaining the systems performance, metrics, trouble resolution, ticketing, patch management, maintaining ATO's, continuous monitoring, and IAMS customer onboarding. The candidate will be in a 24/7 rotation after hours coverage for break-fix activities. Core hours for the team currently is 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Anything outside of core hours is considered after hours support. Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to: Assume hands-on Cyber engineering and operations responsibilities for an existing IdAM enterprise system Monitor, troubleshoot, and report system and service performance statusUtilize, monitor, and update ticket management (JIRA, ServiceNow) and collaboration/documentation (GitLab, Confluence) systemsIntegrate and onboard IT solutions based on user and organizational requirementsWork with sustainment and engineering teams to ensure availability of the systemsCollaborate with engineering and A&A staff with feature enhancements, security patches, hardening, and associated documentation to maintain security RMF requirementsDeploy system enhancements into the Production environmentSupport IdAM/IAMS enablement tickets and onboarding processProvide support for Enterprise Directory Services, Identity Management Services, and Credentialing Services (PKI based Authentication and Authorization), and Enterprise Authorization servicesContribute to the completion of milestones associated with specific projectsMaintain up to date documentation of system components and configurationsProvide subject matter expertise to other Cyber engineers and associated stakeholdersOffer innovative solutions to system services, directories, databases, automation, configuration, continuous monitoring, and service integrationCollaborate with QA testing team to aid in the DevOps life cycle of system releases Maintain common security baseline for all systems Support routine vulnerability scanning (EVSS), auditing, onboarding, and all systems have up to date security patchesAssist with maintaining the health of IAMS and other systemsParticipate in meetings and provide written and verbal status updatesCollaboration with internal/external stakeholders on production and operational issues and itemsAssist developers with integration and deployment of Identity and Access Management (IdAM) solutionsMinimum Qualifications:B.S. or 4 additional years of experience Minimum of 10 years of combined IT, O&M, sustainment, break-fix, and cloud computing experienceMinimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with Linux (RHEL) based operating systemsMinimum of 3 years of experience supporting system break-fix activities Minimum of 2 years of experience working in cloud and virtual environmentsMinimum of 1-year hands-on experience with PKI, IdAM COTS and customized solutionsPrior Agile and DevOps experience Security+ required Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oracle IdAM software including: Oracle Access Manager (OAM), F5 appliances, ABAC solutions, and Identity and Access and PKI management concepts in generalSecurity Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI w/ Polygraph.Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
