**W2 Contract**Ridgefield Park, NJ**ONSITE**$23-28/hr**Top Skill Sets:Fluency in Korean and EnglishMinimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistantOutstanding ability to communicate with cross levels Our client is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Executive Assistant to support their Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an executive assistant, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high -pressure environment. This role requires fluency in English and Korean to effectively support the CFO and coordinate with global stakeholders.Responsibilities Executive Support:Manage the CFO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments while ensuring effective time management and prioritization of tasks.Communication:Serve as a primary point of contact for the CFO, handling correspondence, emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.Meeting Coordination:Prepare agendas, materials, PowerPoints, follow-up documentation for meetings and coordinate onsite and offsite events for small and large groups (i.e., executive staff meetings, quarterly team off-sites, annual team summits)Travel Management:Arrange complex international and domestic travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, organize travel documents, and transportation, ensuring seamless experienceProject Management:Assist in managing and tracking key projects and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.Create and edit words, presentations, spreadsheets and other various documents.Coordinate weekly team updates and daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly reviewsConfidentiality:Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.Problem-Solving:Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts logistical issues, and other challenges with a solutions-focused mindset.Research & Analysis:Research on current market, channel and competitor market trends to stay abreast with changing economyQualifications:Bachelors DegreeFluency in Korean and English, excellent written and verbal communication skills is a mustMin 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.Ability to send correspondence on behalf of the CFO's office.Proven ability to handle multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlinesStrong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracyExpert in Microsoft Office Suite- Excel and PowerPointSharp, highly intuitive, and able to anticipate up-to-the-minute needsHighly collaborative and flexible to adapt to changes in schedule and procedureOutstanding ability to juggle competing priorities and thrive in a deadline-driven environment
