Information Security Officer (ISO)Position OverviewThe Information Security Officer (ISO) is responsible for overseeing and managing the organizations information security strategy, policies, and programs, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical data. The ISO will work closely with various departments to safeguard sensitive information and protect against cyber threats.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement information security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.Monitor security incidents and respond to breaches, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to mitigate risks.Provide guidance and training to staff on information security best practices and awareness.Collaborate with IT and other departments to design and implement secure systems and networks.Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends, and recommend appropriate defenses.Prepare and present reports on security status and incidents to senior management.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security or cybersecurity roles.Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices, such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001.CISSP certification is highly desirable.Experience in the aerospace sector is a plus.Top Secret clearance required.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.Benefits Competitive pay Flexible work schedule Comprehensive benefits PTO ...and more!Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
