Job Title: Project Manager - Land SurveyJob Location: Orlando, FLSalary: $100k- $130kRequirements: Experience in Land Surveying for platting and land development. Experience with AutoCAD. Florida Professional Surveyor & Mapper license required.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee land survey projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of land surveying and development processes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate land survey projects from start to finish.Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.Lead and mentor a team of surveyors and technicians.Utilize AutoCAD to create and review survey plans and plats.Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.Conduct site visits and assessments as needed to ensure project accuracy and feasibility.Prepare reports and documentation related to project progress and outcomes.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or a related field.5+ years of experience in land surveying and project management.Proficiency in AutoCAD and other surveying software.BenefitsMedical VisionDental PTO & Holiday 401(K) with Company MatchPotential Signing BonusWellness StipendEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
