To service their whole North American portfolios, we are the go-to supplier for many of the biggest hotel chains, banks, utilities, and businesses in the country.Position OverviewThe Controls Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building automation and HVAC control systems. This role ensures that systems operate efficiently and effectively to provide a comfortable environment while optimizing energy consumption.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure building automation systems and HVAC controls.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of control systems.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations during installations.Provide technical support and training to customers on system operations.Collaborate with project managers and other technicians on system upgrades and installations.Document service work and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.QualificationsProven experience in building automation, HVAC systems, and DDC controls.Strong knowledge of various control systems, including Johnson Controls, Trane, Honeywell, and Siemens.Familiarity with networking protocols such as N2 and N4.Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and diagrams.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Relevant certifications in HVAC or building automation systems preferred.BenefitsMedical/Dental/Vision Insurance401k with Employer ContributionsPTOPaid HolidaysEmployee Assistance ProgramLong-term DisabilityShort-term DisabilityFlexible Spending PlanHealth Savings PlanEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
