Position OverviewWe are a rapidly expanding civil contractor focused on roadway/highway construction and are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role demands over 5 years of experience in managing both private and public projects, with a strong focus on civil construction. Please email the recruiter directly to submit updated resumes, project lists and/or confirm qualifications at jackson.faerber@.Key ResponsibilitiesExperience Required: Over 5 years in civil construction project management and site development.Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple projects (private and public) ranging from $550k to $15 million.Core Duties: Handle scheduling, labor, materials, subcontractors, change orders, cash flows, and marketing.Supervision: Directly or indirectly supervise all construction operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Project Monitoring: Regularly assess project status and suggest improvements in areas like crew size, performance methods, work quality, and value engineering.Cost Management: Keep a close watch on costs and yields, staying alert to any adverse changes.Continuous Evaluation: Regularly review plans, schedules, salaries, promotions, job assignments, equipment performance, personnel needs, quality control, customer relations, training, safety, security, and subcontractor relations.Subcontractor Coordination: Ensure all subcontractors comply with job specifications and company policies.Daily Reports: Monitor and verify the accuracy of all required daily reports.Compliance: Stay informed about local ordinances and laws related to construction, ensuring compliance and arranging necessary permits.Safety and Regulations: Be knowledgeable about safety, OSHA, equal employment, and affirmative action programs.Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field5+ years in the construction industry with proven expertise in civil work, project management and site development.Proficiency in MS OfficeStrong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to efficiently organize and manage time and duties.Employer conducts drug screening and background checks.Must meet company MVR requirements and hold a valid Florida driver's license.BenefitsHealth/Dental/Vision InsuranceLife and Supplemental Life InsurancesVision Insurance401k PlanPaid Holidays/Sick DaysPTOEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
