Project ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and team members to provide project updates and address any issues that arise.Conduct risk management assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks during the project lifecycle.Prepare and present project reports, analysis, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction or a similar industry.Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and general contracting.Experience with cost estimation and budget management for construction projects.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.BenefitsSalary: $110k-$160k DOEPTOHealth/Dental/Vision insuranceYearly bonusCar AllowanceEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
