The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on various types of production and plant equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and minimizing downtime.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical failures in motors, gear boxes, clutches, and bearings.Reassemble equipment after repairs and make adjustments as necessary.Maintain and repair building equipment, including sprinkler systems, pumps, chillers, and compressors.Perform preventive maintenance and diagnostic checks on production equipment.Fabricate and machine parts as needed, requisitioning repair parts when necessary.Monitor and maintain water treatment systems and electrical wiring and circuits.Ensure proper operation of power distribution and electrical equipment, including switches and heat controls.Utilize tools such as lathe, milling machine, drill press, and grinders for maintenance tasks.Follow safety rules and good manufacturing practices (GMP's) during all maintenance activities.QualificationsProven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in production equipment.Familiarity with welding equipment and various hand tools, measuring tools, and safety equipment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.BenefitsVision , Medical , DentalPaid Time OffLife Insurance RetirementEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
